Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring our workshops run smoothly.

Cancellations by You

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the workshop are non-refundable.

Transfers

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost.
• You may also request to  move your booking to a future workshop (subject to availabilty) if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the workshop are non-refundable.

No-Shows

• Unfortunately,no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations by Us

• If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforseen circumstances, low attendance, or any other reason, you will receive:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer to another workshop date

Late Arrivals

• Workshops will start on time. Late arrivals are welcome to join, but we may not be able to repeat missed instructions.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.
